1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the spade66 platform, including the website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and all services provided under the spade66 brand. These Terms take effect as soon as you access or register an account on spade66.

By clicking the "Register", "Login" button, or any action indicating acceptance, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms. This acceptance is binding and cannot be revoked unless you close your account entirely.

Spade66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms is the binding version and supersedes all previous versions. The last updated date is displayed at the top of this document for your reference.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use spade66 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and each time you use the platform.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident eligible to use online entertainment services.
• Has never been banned or blacklisted by spade66 or any related gaming platform previously.
• Is not currently experiencing an active gambling addiction or enrolled in any platform's self-exclusion programme.
• Registering in your own name and not as a representative or agent of another party.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

Spade66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to verify user eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at spade66. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid mobile number. Inaccurate or false information may result in account suspension and delays in withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Spade66 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account whenever you finish using a shared or public device.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Spade66 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation from the financial service provider.

For withdrawals, the requested amount will be processed within 3 to 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1 business day for bank transfers, subject to full account verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as shown in your account settings.

• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes and not solely to take advantage of exchange rates or payment system benefits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by spade66.
• Spade66 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is complete for new accounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.
• Any bonus amount that has not met the wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by spade66 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Users are advised to read the wagering requirements of each bonus before accepting it, as accepting a bonus is considered agreement to all its terms.

The wagering requirement determines how many times the bonus value must be wagered before any resulting wins can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus value must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly exchanged for cash.
• Spade66 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means deemed to be abuse or fraud.
• Bonus expiry dates are as stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

6 Game Rules & Outcomes

All games available on the spade66 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by accredited independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including spade66 itself.

All game results are final once confirmed by the system. Any request to dispute a result must be submitted within 72 hours from the time the relevant game session occurred. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered except under exceptional circumstances that can be substantiated.

• Wins are automatically credited to your account as soon as the game concludes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, spade66 will refund the original bet amount to your account.

• For sports games, results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sporting authority.

7 Prohibited Activities & Misuse

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all users, spade66 strictly prohibits the following activities. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without any compensation:

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Violation of any platform rules stated in this document.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Voluntary requests from users themselves to close their account.

If your account is closed for reasons not involving fraud, any legitimate funds remaining in your account will be returned to you once the verification process is complete. However, any bonus amounts that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any claims or losses arising from the user's violation of these Terms.

Spade66's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the most recent unused deposit in the relevant user's account at the time of the incident.

12 Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Spade66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the spade66 website or app, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Spade66 will endeavour to provide users with reasonable notice of any material amendments via in-app notifications, website updates, or email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after amendments are made constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are interpreted and governed in full accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where spade66 is registered and holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
